Dear Love Lines Family,

Shane, a 30 year old man, called the Need Him” line from jail. People had passed out the “Need Him” phone number to others in the Memphis, Tennessee jail. He said that he was going to be there for a very long time. He prayed with us to receive Christ. We shared that many are free to go where they want but are not free in their heart. He was going to be held physically captive yet be free in his heart. Now he is going to minister to others and pray for them to receive Jesus.

Six Colombian young men were dealing drugs a block from Edison High School. Vivian and Gail, two of our street ministers, went up to them and asked if they could pray a blessing over them. As Vivian prayed she saw a vision, with one of them in jail for a long time, and the rest visiting him. She asked if they wanted to pray to receive Christ and the leader said yes. All six of them prayed to receive Jesus Christ. Vivian later found out that these men were carrying guns.

Another large man on the street was approached by Rod. He said that he just got out of jail. Rod gave him a Bible. The man held it close to his chest and began to cry. He said, “Nobody has ever given me anything.” Pray for our street ministers to be led by God.

            Recently a man came into the Healing Rooms, complaining of weakness of his heart and of a difficulty walking. First, however, he received healing from deafness in his left ear, then from blindness in his right eye. After that his heart was strengthened and the pain around the heart reduced. He received healing from the imbalance in his legs. In fact, he was jumping for joy. Healing Rooms are open Friday and Saturdays, 3 p.m. to 6 p.m.

            Diane and I went to work with our sister center in Panama City the first week of March. They have a vision reaching all Spanish speaking countries. Pray for us as we work together on this project.

Your prayers are key for us to continue to stay open 24/7 and to help set others free. Right now we are short 25 staff but God is drawing people in. We are financing some of this through a walk-a-thon called “Run for the Glory”. Come walk around Como Lake with us on May 30th.

As the economy grows out of control, God’s financial kingdom is in control, and you are part of it. You are Abraham’s seed and as you listen diligently to God speaking to you and obey Him, He will pour out blessings on you, Deuteronomy 28. As you pray about what God would have you do in prayer and financial support, ask God what He is asking you to do this month.
