Reaching The World For Jesus
When I walked into KTIS radio studios back in 1972 on my first night to answer the telephones, little did I realize that there was a future call to go to the nations.

Although from the beginning of Love Lines I had thoughts and opportunities concerning expanding to other centers across the country, I had little interest or thought put into the idea of going to other countries. In 1994 Finn Larson, from Norway, was a guest on our television show. He is the husband of one of my favorite singers, Annette Solvei Larson, who has performed at many of our events. He invited me to come to Norway and have a display table at the 12th World Pentecostal Convention in Oslo.

This idea of international centers started to develop in my heart. I shared this opportunity to go to Norway with another couple, and they paid for an airline ticket for me. God confirmed it further in August of 1994, on the rocks in front of Cascade Lodge on the North Shore Drive in northern Minnesota.

I was with my prayer partner, Paul Hasbargen, on the rocks praying. Isaiah 43:18-19 came through so strongly that both Paul and I felt God's calling to attend this conference. I was to go to the 12th World Convention in Oslo, Norway. Paul felt so strong that, as we had breakfast at the South of The Border Cafe, he gave me the first $12.00 of the $1,200.00 I would need.

I was home again on Monday, August 8. An Assembly of God pastor, who knew I was interested in traveling to Norway, called and booked my travel while I was eating breakfast. The money had to be paid by Thursday. When I got to the office Rick Haarstad, a Board member, called to
